Pharmassured have been serving patients with special needs  since 2008 and have a wealth of experience in delivering medicines tailored to the needs of the patient. We are passionate about supporting peoples independence and enabling them to manage thier own medication at home. Our team specialise in supporting people with complex medication needs and multiple medication, including working with patients and their carers to help and support them to take their medication safely. 

Medication can often be confusing. Pharmassured offer solutions to help you manage your medication and ensure you are taking the correct medication at the correct time. Our pharmacists will ensure you have the correct information and advice. We can provide compliance aids, if needed, for people at home to make sure they are taking the correct medication safely and support them to look after their own health. 

We can also provide Medication Administration Charts to help you keep a record of your medication and when they are taken. 

All our services are free and we deliver medication free of charge to your door as part of our NHS service.

For patients who require more help and are struggling to take their medication safely, we also offer a private service with virtual medication support and daily calls from a dedicated team of pharmacy professionals. This service is designed to bring the support to your home and have a professional help you take your medication safely and correctly each and every day. 

Funded care packages can often be costly. Pharmassured have teamed with the Medication Support company to bring care to your home and remove the worry of managing your own meds with professionals at hand daily to help you and support your medication needs. This can also help those looking after others, such as parents or grandparents and are struggling to support them with their medication.
